Browser-local phone-number tools for lists, formats, and dialing references
Choose a focused tool for list cleanup and import preparation, international conversion and structural checks, dialing-format and calling-code lookup, or RFC3966 telephone URIs. Processing stays in your browser; these tools do not determine assignment, carrier, reachability, or infer a country from an unclear local value.

List cleanup & import
Prepare copied spreadsheet values and CSV phone columns for review, deduplication, exports, and CRM import workflows.
Excel phone data cleanup
How to Format Phone Numbers in Excel Without Scientific Notation
Keep phone-number columns as text, clean up recoverable US and Canada list values, and avoid turning important digits into a spreadsheet guessing game.
CSV phone column workflow
CSV Phone Number Formatter for US & Canada (+1/NANP) Lists
Standardize a CSV phone column before a CRM, dialer, or spreadsheet import. PrimeDialPRO lets you select the phone field, processes the list in your browser, and keeps every original value beside its formatted result.
CSV phone deduplication
Remove Duplicate Phone Numbers from a CSV
Normalize values from US and Canada lists that match basic +1/NANP structure before comparison so punctuation and a leading 1 do not hide repeated numbers.
NANP to E.164-style output
E.164-Style Converter for US & Canada (+1/NANP Lists)
Convert values from US and Canada lists that match basic 10-digit or leading-1 NANP structure into consistent +1 output. The tool does not detect a NANP country or territory and is not a general international parser.
Salesforce CSV preparation
Format Phone Numbers for a Salesforce CSV Import
Prepare a consistent phone column for a Salesforce CSV workflow, preserve review fields, and map the result according to your organization’s import configuration.
International conversion & validation
Use explicit context for international list conversion, layered structural checks, and national display formatting. Ready is used only by the converter and validator; national display remains a formatter.
International list converter
International phone number converter
Convert a pasted list or headered CSV into reviewable international phone formats without uploading the list.
Layered phone checks
Phone number validator
Check one or more pasted phone numbers with separate parsing, possible-length, and packaged numbering-plan explanations.
National display
International to local phone number converter
Turn one global phone number into the national display format supplied by packaged numbering metadata.
Dialing, codes & standards
Look up a packaged dialing format or calling-code record, or create an RFC3966 telephone URI from a global number. The catalog keeps one calling-code record with its regions list.
Dialing format
International dialing code converter
Get a default international dialing format from packaged metadata when available, using one destination and an explicit calling-from region.
Calling-code catalog
Country calling code lookup
Search calling-code records by code, region, or label without entering a phone number.
Telephone URI
RFC3966 phone number converter
Create an RFC3966 telephone URI and copyable, HTML-escaped anchor snippet from one global number.
3 Simple Steps
How to Format Phone Numbers in Excel/CSV

Paste or Upload
Copy your phone number column from Excel/Google Sheets, use raw text, or upload a CSV. Source in text file data must be comma or newline formatted.

Powerful Features
More Than Just a Formatter
PrimeDialPRO turns 10-digit and leading-1 values from US and Canada lists into reviewable output after basic NANP structure checks. It does not detect country or assignment.
Filter, Deduplicate & Export
Keep ready or review rows, remove repeated formatted numbers, then export reviewable CSV, plain-text TXT, or JSON output.
E.164 Converter
Convert values from US and Canada lists that match basic +1/NANP structure to E.164-style output; country and assignment are not detected.
Browser-Local Processing
Phone-list formatting runs locally in your browser; PrimeDialPRO does not upload the list contents to its servers.
Structure Check
Flag entries that do not match supported 10-digit or +1 NANP structure before export.
Stop wrestling with Excel formulas.

Manual Excel Formatting
PrimeDialPRO Automated Formatter
NANP Phone Number Formatter for Supported +1 Lists
PrimeDialPRO formats values from US and Canada lists when they match its basic 10-digit or leading-1 NANP structure rules. It does not determine which NANP country or territory a value belongs to. The tool checks that the area-code and central-office prefixes begin with 2–9.
The formatter removes common punctuation, separates recognized extensions, and can emit national, dashed, dotted, compact, digits-only, or +1 E.164-style output. This is a basic structure check—not area-code assignment, carrier, line-type, reachability, or consent verification.
Avoiding Spreadsheet Number Damage
Spreadsheets can display long phone values in scientific notation or remove leading zeroes. Import phone columns as text whenever possible. PrimeDialPRO flags scientific notation for review because it cannot prove that the displayed value still contains every original digit.
Client-Side Privacy
PrimeDialPRO's core list processing runs locally in your browser instead of sending the phone-number list to our server. That reduces data exposure, but your organization remains responsible for its own privacy and compliance requirements.
Common Questions about Phone Number Formatting
Upload the CSV, choose the phone column when PrimeDialPRO detects several numeric fields, and process the list. You can then export CSV, TXT, or JSON output for review and import.
Yes. Turn on Remove duplicates in the bulk formatter. Ready rows are compared by formatted number and extension, while repeated review values are collapsed separately.
E.164 is a common interchange format for CRM and calling integrations. Confirm the exact import requirements for your Salesforce configuration before uploading a production list.
PrimeDialPRO is a browser application with no platform-specific installer. The formatter requires JavaScript, Web Worker, FileReader, and download or clipboard support from the browser.
PrimeDialPRO flags scientific notation for review because the displayed value may already have lost or rounded digits. Return to the original text-formatted source column rather than guessing.
