How the checks are layered
Parsed, possible length, and packaged numbering-plan matching are not the same claim. A parsed number can still need Review.
The validator deliberately does not call numbers valid or verified without qualification.
What this validator does not check
It does not check assignment, carrier, owner, reachability, deliverability, or whether a call or message will succeed.
It has no file upload or download workflow; use the international converter when you need bulk CSV processing.
