Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the conditions for using the PrimeDialPRO website and browser-based formatter (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms document the current project and are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review. No operating entity, address, or governing-law jurisdiction is represented on this page.

1. Description of Service

PrimeDialPRO formats 10-digit values, or 11-digit values beginning with 1, that match basic NANP prefix rules. It does not identify a country or territory or verify assignment, carrier, line type, or reachability. The tool does not intentionally upload, store, or log phone-list contents on PrimeDialPRO servers. Standard website analytics may operate as described in the Privacy Policy.

Separate international pages use packaged numbering metadata and an explicit default region for national parsing. Their Ready result is limited to parsing, possible-length, and packaged numbering-plan matching; it does not establish assignment, carrier, owner, reachability, or deliverability.

Ready applies only to the converter and validator. National display and RFC3966 are formatters, dialing reports available or typed unavailable default formats, and the catalog presents one calling-code record with a one-to-many regions list. All six workflows process their inputs in the browser.

2. User Responsibilities

You must not use the Service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that harms the Service or its availability. You are responsible for the data you process, your authority to use it, the accuracy of your source and exported files, and the requirements of any destination system. Keep an untouched source copy and test a small sample before a production import or update.

3. No Verification or Import Guarantee

A Ready result means only that a value matched the documented basic NANP structure for the selected formatting workflow. It does not establish number assignment, country or territory, area-code assignment, carrier, line type, reachability, consent, legal compliance, or acceptance by Salesforce or another destination system.

4. Content Rights

Using the hosted Service does not by itself grant permission to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the project or its content. Third-party packages remain subject to their own license terms.

5. Availability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular workflow, or accepted by a downstream system. You use the results at your own risk and remain responsible for reviewing them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, project maintainers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, loss or alteration of data, or reliance on formatted results.

7. Third-Party Services and References

The website may use analytics or link to third-party documentation. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. References to Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, carriers, or standards bodies do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Changes

These Terms may change when the Service or its documented conditions change. The updated date will appear above.
